How Solo, Duo and Family payments work, from the free trial to renewal.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your trial starts automatically when you sign up and ends 14 days later. It costs R0 and includes core planner tools and Starter stickers. After that your pages lock until you choose a plan — everything you made stays safe.
What does each plan cost?
Solo Club: R69/month or R499/year (1 profile). PaperPop Duo: R99/month or R699/year (2 profiles). PaperPop Family: R129/month or R899/year (up to 4 profiles). All prices are in Rand.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and monthly or yearly, then pay on the secure checkout page. Your membership becomes active once the payment is confirmed.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. At the end of each monthly or yearly cycle it renews automatically unless you cancel beforehand. We show a notice on the plan page when your renewal is coming up.
How do I cancel?
Go to My membership and manage your renewal. After cancelling you keep access until the paid period ends; then the pages lock.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or switch anytime by choosing a different plan on the plan page.
What about refunds?
If a payment is refunded or disputed, access from that purchase ends straight away.
What if I delete my account?
Deleting your account cancels your membership immediately and stops future billing. You'll see a warning before it happens.
