✦ the honest answers

Questions, answered.

No fluff, no tiny print.

How the diary, sticker book and planner fit together, how sharing a spread works, and what really happens when the free trial ends.

How PaperPop works

Your diary, sticker book and planner in one place.

What actually is PaperPop?

A digital diary, sticker book and planner in one place, with monthly and weekly spreads, to-dos, daily moods, habits and stickers. Made for school days, besties, work and every era in between.

How do I start?

Create an account with your email or Google, then choose the 14-day free trial or a Solo, Duo or Family membership. The trial costs R0 and needs no card. Paid access starts only after verified payment.

What's in the planner?

A monthly mood calendar, dated to-dos that also appear in your pastel weekly diary, recurring tasks, habits and a sticker book with washi tape. You can export a plan to your phone calendar as a one-way calendar file.

Does my diary come back on another device?

Sign in to the same account on another phone or computer to load your saved plans, moods, journal and sticker placements. The install button can add PaperPop to your phone’s home screen on supported devices.

Sharing your spreads

You choose what to share. PaperPop never posts on its own.

How do I share a spread?

Use Export / Share on About Me, or Share / Save on a drop page. Supported phones open the share sheet; otherwise you can download the image. Check your selected content before sending it.

Does sharing include my private diary?

Sharing exports only the content selected for that action. It does not automatically include other diary entries or post anything publicly. Recipients may keep downloaded copies.

Does PaperPop post to Instagram for me?

No. You complete the final share or upload yourself. The Instagram button opens the official @xoxopaperpop profile.

Can my family see my spread?

Family sharing depends on the switches for each teen profile. Diary sharing is off by default. Parent peek is read-only. Duo private diary entries stay behind a PIN; only About Me and planner content can be deliberately shared.

Can my teen see my diary?

No. A teen profile can never open or switch into the parent’s private diary. Parents see only the teen content allowed by the sharing settings.

After the free trial ends

Your saved pages stay. Continued access needs an active membership.

How long is the free trial?

14 days at R0, with core planner tools and all Starter stickers. No card is required and the trial does not automatically charge you. The trial is available once per account.

What happens on the last day?

Your saved pages are not deleted when the trial ends. Planner and diary access pauses until you have an active, verified membership. Choosing a plan or returning from checkout alone does not unlock access.

What do the plans cost?

Solo Club is R69/month or R499/year for one profile. PaperPop Duo is R99/month or R699/year for two profiles. PaperPop Family is R129/month or R899/year for up to four. Monthly includes Starter + Pop Club packs; seasonal drops cost R19 each. Yearly includes seasonal drops.

What if I don't pick a plan?

Your saved content remains in your account, but the planner and diary require active access. Premium stickers stay locked without verified pack access. You can choose a membership when you are ready.

Can I cancel or renew?

Open Membership to see your active plan and renewal date. Use the billing portal to manage cancellation or recurring renewal, rather than buying the same subscription again.

Packs, drops and payments

Clear about what is ready and what isn't.

When do upcoming sticker drops come out?

Upcoming Drops show concepts with planned windows, not confirmed releases. Dates and interest forms never unlock packs or create orders.

How do payments work?

PaperPop uses Paddle checkout with prices in ZAR. Preview payments are test-only: no real money is charged and no live membership or premium sticker access is granted. Live checkout requires seller approval, and access follows verified live payment.
